By using CleanWorkout ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address for authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CleanWorkout only for its intended purpose — personal fitness tracking. You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend services.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within the app, including workouts, sessions, and profile information. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

CleanWorkout is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. Calorie estimates are calculated using MET-based formulas and are approximations only. They may differ from wearable devices or other apps.

The app does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

5. Service Availability

CleanWorkout is an offline-first app, so core functionality works without an internet connection. However, features that require connectivity (data sync, profile photo uploads, account creation) depend on the availability of our backend services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanWorkout and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or inaccurate fitness calculations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@omedacore.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
